IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer (Fresh Graduates)
Responsibilities
  • Provide helpdesk and quality IT support to all end-users for windows computer, printer / copier, office video conference equipment and related peripherals and software updates
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on computer implementation, troubleshooting and solution
  • Update IT inventory
Qualifications
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 0-2 years’ experience in PC user support environment
  • Strong knowledge in desktop publishing application suite including Adobe Photoshop Proficient in Microsoft Windows PC operating system, MS Office applications and network printer
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken
    Immediately Available preferred
