Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Elicit business requirements, define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget
Identify and recommend new systems and enhancements, participate in Business Process
Improvement & Re-engineering initiatives
Research on available information systems solutions in the market and industry’s best practices
Propose and define the functional requirements and develop technical solutions to business problems to improve the processes and achieve operational efficiency
Collaborate with third-party partners to deliver solutions and ensure quality assurance
Facilitate user acceptance tests, user training, pre- and post-implementation activities
Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and write specifications
Provide regular progress and status updates to project stakeholders
Provide support for information systems

Qualifications

Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/Engineering
Min 2-4 years of experience in software development or project coordination
Project management experience will be an added advantage
Possess systems analysis and solution design skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or tasks Independent, resourceful, analytical and able to solve problems effectively
Good communication skills and strong in time-management skills
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently and with others
